Our mission

We believe understanding the world begins with knowing where things are, and that curiosity about places, people and cultures is worth nurturing at every age. We build quizzes, daily trivia and open geography resources to make that curiosity easy to act on.

How we validate AI-assisted trivia

A fresh set of Daily Trivia questions is published every day, and we use AI to help draft them at that pace. Nothing, however, reaches a quiz on the strength of an AI draft alone.

Every AI-drafted question passes two independent checks before it can be published. First, a separate validation model reviews each question and discards any it is not confident in. Then GeoBuff's own system re-checks every surviving question against our geography data — the maps, regions and flags a question relies on must all line up, and the question is rejected the moment something does not. Each question also records how it was made, so we can always tell AI-drafted content apart from questions written by hand.
